Tactory recognises that CSR involves an ongoing commitment by businesses to contribute to the economic and social development of society while improving the quality of life and building the capacities of local communities and society at large.
We provide training and employability skills to underprivileged youth, including women, people with disabilities (PWD), LGBT and those from marginalised communities, empowering them by giving access to skills training and employment opportunities. We also offer pro bono recruitment services to non-profit organisations, helping them find and hire qualified staff to support their missions.
